Proud of her Caribbean roots, Nikole brings vibrancy, joy, and cultural richness to all she does. A lover of travel, music, and self-care, she approaches life with curiosity, creativity, and balance. She is always striving to elevate herself and others, shares knowledge generously, and encourages women to never lose themselves, to stay independent, self-sufficient, and prepared with a plan for the future.

With bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Nursing, Nikole embodies the nurturing, compassionate, and service-driven spirit that guides Kappa Alpha Tau Inc.’s mission. Her dedication is especially reflected in the organization’s four core initiatives, KAT Academy, KAT Kares, Harvest “Her,” and “Purr”fect Flow, which empower communities and create meaningful impact. She is equally devoted to fostering authentic bonds of sisterhood, ensuring that every member feels seen, valued, and inspired.
