Co-Founder, Alpha Chapter Founder, Beta Colony
Vanity Brooks is an ambitious and empowering co-founder whose dedication and purpose helped shape the foundation of Kappa Alpha Tau, Inc. and expand its legacy through the establishment of the Beta Colony. Her vision, leadership, and commitment to growth have been instrumental in strengthening the organization’s foundation and extending its reach to new communities of women united in purpose and power.
She holds a B.S. in Psychology and currently manages the Revenue Cycle for a major hospital system with multiple locations, where her leadership and precision help drive excellence and ensure seamless operations that impact patient care. In addition to her work in healthcare, Vanity is a licensed Realtor and certified Travel Agent, careers that reflect her drive to help others unlock new beginnings and create meaningful paths in both life and business.
A proud mother of a beautiful daughter who inspires her daily, Vanity leads with both heart and determination, balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and mentorship with grace and strength. Passionate about giving back and connecting with like-minded individuals, Vanity believes deeply in creating spaces where everyone can grow, thrive, and pour into others. She is especially devoted to Kappa Alpha Tau’s Purrfect Flow Initiative, which focuses on menstrual equity and education.
For Vanity, this mission represents more than access, it’s about dignity, awareness, and empowering women to navigate life’s changes with confidence and support. She understands that many lack the resources or guidance to manage such transitions, and she strives to make a lasting impact through advocacy, education, and compassion.
Vanity’s belief that “everyone can win” is the foundation of her work and leadership. She finds joy in seeing others inspired to give back, understanding that it truly takes a village to create meaningful change. With her sisters beside her, Vanity continues to live out her philosophy: that with faith, unity, and perseverance, we can make a difference in this world, one person at a time. “Who says you can’t have it all?”
